The Trojans used a decisive run in the second quarter and consistent scoring from their top players to secure the road victory and build momentum for a pivotal divisional clash later this week.

While the game started as a tight contest with Upper Dauphin holding a slight 8-7 edge after the first period, the Trojans' defense locked down in the second quarter. They held Halifax to just five points while pouring in 14 of their own, creating a double-digit cushion they would not relinquish.
