The Halifax High School swim team, featuring athletes from the Upper Dauphin Area (UDA) as part of a cooperative sports agreement, made a monumental splash in their first meet of the year last night at a Tri Meet hosted by Muhlenburg High School.

Boys' Team Secures Historic Win

In a stunning turn of events, the Halifax boys' team secured their first-ever team victory over the highly competitive Lampeter Strasburg squad.

While the boys faced a tough loss to the much larger, 15-man Muhlenburg team (125-39), they demonstrated grit and determination to prevail over Lampeter Strasburg with a decisive score of 64 - 48.

The historic win was powered by standout performances from UDA students Conrad Brown, Max Smith, and Brayden McLenegan, who joined Halifax teammates Ethan Roe and Andrew Bowman to secure the milestone victory.
